I received the Mercedes late Monday night. The car was better than described and everything I could have hoped for. My wife was very excited by the surprise of an early arrival and loves the car. Adam, thank you for following up. Your follow up got me to come and take a look! The manager, Andrew, you introduced me to was laid back and cool. My sales consultant, Glenn, was very very good in explaining the features of the car and coming across with no pressure. He was very upfront. Last but not least, THE OWNER, was genuine; and anyone can tell a people person. You guys are a well oiled machine that has and shows feelings. As they tell my favorite boxer, Floyd Mayweather, KEEP doing what your doing! I wish you guys nothing but success. This was officially the 10th new or pre-owned car I purchased in my life, AND BY FAR the MOST PLEASANT.
I worked with Barry to diagnose and repair a BAS,ESP,ABS MIL light condition in my SL500. It was already diagnosed by an independent repair shop but I was sent to Sun due to the lack of proper tooling at the independent shop. I was expecting a very high repair bill, but was pleasantly surprised that Sun's estimate and final total was $150 less than the independent shop had estimated. That combined with the professionalism of the service advisor(Barry) and the ease of dropping off/picking up along with a nice loaner car has converted me to be a fan of Sun Motors. Keep up the good work!
I was so impressed with the “Service” I received on June 1st. I called your dealership at 7:35am to advise them of my problem, Brian said come right in. Brian greeted me with a smile, had a loaner car ready, when I went to the loaner car, the professional gentleman (so sorry I did not get his name) was unhappy with a small dirt spot on the windshield and insisted upon cleaning it until it was perfect. At 7:45am, I was driving out of your lot and on my way to my office. Now that is “Delivering Service”. I have had the pleasure of providing Travel “Service” to many global corporate and leisure clients who have remained loyal to us for over 20 years. Our clients say their loyalty is due to receiving excellent service. My experience has been that most companies have a sign, verbally state or have a recording that says push 5 for “customer service”, but do not “Deliver Service” to their customers. Sun Motors Mercedes-Benz did deliver “Excellent Customer Service”. Thank you very much.

My new car is wonderful and my sales representative Dennis Williams gave me tons of helpful instruction. He set up my satellite radio, installed my EZ Pass, and fine-tuned my navigation system. he made sure I had the steering wheel at an appropriate position, called up the features I liked to display on the console, and went over important safety features. He followed up by emailing me to drop by if I had any questions or needed any help. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I know that Sun Motors will help me take excellent care of my new car. I made the mistake of trying a private service center in York to repair my check engine light. It was expensive and not fixed correctly. I took my car to Sun and it was fixed at a fraction of the cost and of course, performed correctly. I learned my lesson, let the professionals at Sun fix my ML.
From greeting to pick up this was the absolute best service experience that I have ever had with any product. In this economy and market place it is easy to pick the less expensive service. Your people make it very hard to do that. Bravo.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank and commend your receptionist, Julie, as well as Mike House, Brooks Hemauer, and Tommy in the service department, for their dedication and commitment to "getting us back on the road" when our 2007 E350 became disabled. The car was towed into your dealership around 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, November 29. This was just 15 minutes from the Service Department closing time on Saturday. We were traveling back to Greenville, South Carolina, our home, and was completely at their mercy of repair. They spent the next two and a half hours diagnosing the cause, a faulty fuel pump, which they then replaced. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all parties and wish to acknowledge the imposition placed on their Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Our only exposure to Sun Motor Cars has been through these individuals. They were most courteous and attentive to our vehicle. Please express our thanks to these individuals.
