He set up my satellite radio, installed my EZ Pass, and fine-tuned my navigation system. he made sure I had the steering wheel at an appropriate position, called up the features I liked to display on the console, and went over important safety features. We would like to take this opportunity to thank and commend your receptionist, Julie, as well as Mike House, Brooks Hemauer, and Tommy in the service department, for their dedication and commitment to "getting us back on the road" when our 2007 E350 became disabled. The car was towed into your dealership around 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, November 29. This was just 15 minutes from the Service Department closing time on Saturday. We were traveling back to Greenville, South Carolina, our home, and was completely at their mercy of repair. They spent the next two and a half hours diagnosing the cause, a faulty fuel pump, which they then replaced. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all parties and wish to acknowledge the imposition placed on their Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Our only exposure to Sun Motor Cars has been through these individuals. They were most courteous and attentive to our vehicle. Please express our thanks to these individuals. We trust you are proud of your staff and their representation of the Mercedes brand.
